All purchases are made in acceptance of our terms and conditions. 

All stock and prices displayed are subject to availability. 

All prices shown include VAT.  As goods are dispatched from us in the United Kingdom, UK VAT rates always apply.

We will not dispatch your order until payment has been made.

We aim to send out all orders within 2 working days. Please do NOT contact us regarding the delivery status of your order until 15 working days have passed.

It is the responsibility of customers to ensure that their shipping address is correct!  In the event that an item goes missing in the post/in transit to a customer due to the shipping address being incorrect, To Make You Gorgeous cannot be held liable for the loss and will not accept any responsibility – please therefore ensure that your shipping address is correct before confirming your order!

In the unlikely event that your item gets delayed or goes missing in the post, refunds or replacements will only be issued once the package is officially classed as “lost” by Royal Mail. This applies if the item remains undelivered 15 working days after posting.

Reasonable allowance should be made for orders made over the weekend and at public holidays. Please allow up to 30 days for delivery in exceptional circumstances. We cannot be held responsible for orders that have not arrived with customers, if customers have not informed us within 30 days from despatch of their order!  It is the responsibility of a customer to contact us within this time to inform us if there is a problem with their order or their order has not arrived.  After this 30 day period of time customers will need to take the matter up with Royal Mail

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION  

If you wish to return a product you have purchased, you may do so providing the item is unused and in a saleable condition within 7 days after receipt of your order.  Your refund will be credited to the original payment card used.  Any product returned unopened we will happily refund you your money, less the postage and packaging charge paid. It is at the discretion of To make you Gorgeous to determine the validity claim of a returned product that has been opened or used.  Please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be made.  All returns must be accompanied by an explanation or reason for refund.  The customer is responsible for the cost of returning product to us including postage and packaging. 

If the product returned is not in a fully saleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.  Where a product is faulty or damaged we will refund you the original delivery charge but not when a product is simply unwanted.  Faulty items must be returned within 7 days of receipt – no refunds will be made for items not reported as being faulty outside of this 7 day period.

You may cancel your order at any time PRIOR to despatch by emailing us and we will re-credit your card  within 30 days of your order. 

Should your order already have been despatched (we normally despatch within 1 to 24 hours of your order), please email us as soon as possible and at most within 5 days of your order.  Please then return the item(s) within 14 days for a refund (less the postage and packaging charge).  Any refund will be made within 30 days of our receipt of the returned goods. 

We reserve the right to change the shape and colour of any of our products which may result in them differing from the pictures/photos shown on our site.

The customer accepts full responsibility for reading ingredients and product information prior to any use. Any effects as a result or use, or indeed, misuse are the full responsibility of the customer. The customer accepts full and final responsibility for any reactions to any of the products used and agrees indemnify To make you Gorgeous against any action, claim, loss, financial or otherwise, damages, legalities etc. We advise all customers to ensure that the product they have purchased is suitable for any use intended.  To make you Gorgeous accepts no responsibility for any injury arising from the use of any supplied products, especially arising from faulty or defective goods, or for any improper or inappropriate use of any product, or from allergies or adverse reactions.
